有个问题，我跟着窝头的教程用自带的737飞ZBAA到上海，飞行过程没问题，问题出在我要暂停飞行过后再继续上。当我暂停并且按；储存进度之后，再次回到游戏的时候原有的flight plan没了。后来在网上google了一下，貌似要通过ATC重新申请IFR之类的，还要通过自带的GPS重新load waypoints. 我试了一下，IRC能够指导我回到原来的路上，飞向下一个VOR, 然后IFR说resume own navigation, 但问题是我如何resume呢？能否给详细解释一下？谢谢
google了一下，得到以下两种答案，但是都不对啊：
