This software is provided with a key, this key is exclusive and can be used by one person only.
Confirmation email (from an approved store) containing the key number that is sent upon purchase is the only viable proof of purchase,
you must hold on to it and must be able to produce a copy of it on request.
As the owner of the product private version the customer is solely responsible for safekeeping of the key.
Any misuse of the key, sharing of the key, posting on social media, will result in key blockage and possible user blockage for future purchases.
In case of key loss, sharing by mistake or other negligence the key will be blocked and the customer will need to purchase a new key.
Reports of key theft will ONLY be accepted when accompanied by a police report translated into English
In case of frequent and geographically dispersed activations FlightFactor will ask for proof of travel, which will demand copy of passport stamps and airline tickets.
VPN usage is allowed but not encouraged. If you USE VPN you MUST use the same country all the time, otherwise it will be considered an infringement. |
